Dramalhoardd’s War

Tears welled up in Daramheld’s one good, green eye. This brave elf, that in times past had faced the fires of the great red dragon Cledwod without so much as a tremor, now shook like a leaf in a winter’s gale. He blew his nose on a tattered standard that bore his crest. A bold red star, painted on a golden, crescent moon.
Dramlhoardd dropped cup and sword
Opened up his mouth and roared
“Alldelhem has taken him
To guarantee my servitude
To the evil creature I will not kneel
My sword I’ll never yield.”
